Complaints procedure.

We take your complaint very seriously.

At De Schans Tandartsen we do everything we can to serve you as well as possible. However, it can happen that you are not satisfied with something. We take your complaint seriously and want to find a solution together.

How to file a complaint

  • Discuss it directly: Report your complaint to your dentist or one of our employees. We can often resolve it immediately.
  • Send a written complaint: If your complaint is not resolved immediately, you can send an email to info@deschanstandartsen.nl or send a letter to our practice. Clearly state your details, the nature of the complaint and what you expect.


What can you expect from us?

1. We will confirm receipt of your complaint as soon as possible.
2. You will receive a substantive response as soon as possible.
3. If we cannot reach an agreement, we will refer you to an independent dispute resolution body.

We see your complaint as an opportunity to improve our care and service.
