We are looking for an enthusiastic Practice Manager who wants to join our team!

We are a modern dental practice, centrally located in Leiden, with 8 treatment rooms equipped with the latest equipment. Our enthusiastic team is ready every day to provide professional, customer-oriented oral care. Quality and service are our top priorities, in a working environment where everyone feels welcome and appreciated.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a practice manager for 3-4 days a week (24-36 hours). As a practice manager, you are responsible for the daily management and organization of the practice. You ensure that everything runs smoothly - for both patients and team members. Think of staff planning, administration, optimizing processes and monitoring quality. You work closely with the dentist owner and are the first point of contact for the team.

Some of your duties include:

Leading the team and ensuring a good working atmosphere
Drawing up schedules and timetables
HR tasks (recruitment, development, absenteeism)
Inventory management and facility matters
Quality assurance and compliance with guidelines
Administrative support (such as contract management, declarations and software use)

Job requirements:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed colleague with the following qualities:

Experience in a management position (in healthcare is an advantage)
Minimum education level: HBO
Professional work attitude
Communicative and accessible
Careful, proactive and independent
Organizational talent with an eye for detail
Flexible and stress-resistant
Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
Familiarity with dental software (Exquise NG) is an advantage
